  • Moms home care

    My mom has been in this home since [date removed]. The care she receives is fantastic. I have only high remarks for the Plaza. The staff is very accommodating. It’s always clean and welcoming. My mom has dementia and was living in an assisted living place before here. We moved her up to Phoenix in 2014. I wish I had known about the Plaza from the beginning.
