The Reserve at East Longmeadow is a new and exceptional assisted living and memory care community in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. East Longmeadow is a beautiful city just outside of Springfield, one of the 'greenest' cities in the country with over 2,400 acres of parks. Springfield is also the site for the Big E, one of the largest state fairs in the U.S. Our town has a rich history, settled in 1720, and boasts a strong sense of community that honors the past while looking forward to the future.

Our community provides premiere services for seniors who would like assistance with activities of daily living and seniors who have Alzheimer's or a related form of dementia. We carefully select our staff and rest assured that they treat each resident like the family they are. Residents choose from a range of apartment floor plans to find one that will make them most comfortable while our community features several spacious common areas such as a living room with a fireplace for cooler New England nights, library with computers and elegant dining room with full-service dining.

  • A safe place for your loved ones.

    They definitely worked with us, and I would recommend them for respite care, espeically because they were flexible. Instead of a minimum of 3-4 weeks for respite, they'll work with you for a week or two if you need it. Every place else had those higher minimums. The staff were great, and I felt comfortable in my interactions with them. I was satisfied with the facility. It was clean, and visually it was very pretty and nice.

    They definitely worked with us, and I would recommend them for respite care, espeically because they were flexible.     Small, Quaint Residence

    The community is a good place. There is nothing wrong. This was our first experience to learn about the cost of care, and what is included. They have a good dining area. Some of the activities available included arts and crafts, gardening, morning exercise class, and walking group, and more available for the residents.

  • Less than Ideal

    Although it is a beautiful facility, the management and staff are not friendly and could care less about their residents. Other than wait staff in the dining room, I am truly displeased by the front desk and administrative staff. My grandmother deserves to be greeted and spoken to in a friendly manner. Also, she pays extra to have her room cleaned and it is never clean. The sink has been clogged for months, the bathroom is disgusting and there is a layer of dust on her coffee table.
