Living Arrangements
The Ridge Pinehurst offers residents studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, or semi-private apartments to call home. These spacious and sunlit apartments offer wheelchair-accessible showers, Wi-Fi, kitchenettes, fireplaces, private patios, cable or satellite TV, and air conditioning. Some units are located on the ground floor, feature full kitchens, or are available for respite stays.
Care Types Offered
The Ridge Pinehurst is an assisted living residence, which in the state of Colorado is a residential facility which provides personal services, protective oversight, social care due to impaired capacity to live independently, and 24 hour supervision (but not to the extent that regular 24-hour medical nursing care is required). Assisted living residences may also provide care to no more than 16 elderly persons who are mentally ill.
