Here, each resident receives a tailored care plan that fits their individual needs best. Whether you’re searching for memory care or assisted living services like bathing, grooming, or medication management, The Solana Vintage Park’s trained, experienced, and compassionate care team are prepared to help you. This community is built for care plus safety: With monitored entrances and exits and staff available around the clock to be alerted to an emergency, you can rest easy knowing support is available.

The memory care program encompasses a deep-rooted, person-centered approach to care. This allows staff to connect with residents easier, which allows seniors to flourish even in the advanced stages of dementia. To reduce stress for memory care residents at meal time, staff incorporate dementia-friendly menus and create a soothing environment. Additional features include color-coding and specialized layouts throughout the building so staff is able to guide residents easier. From providing homemade meals to custom care and help with chores, staff make residents’ days simple yet stimulating.

  • Great safe community for my mom

The Solana Vintage Park is expensive but it really is a great place and we know our loved one is safe. It is newer, and up to date, but the assisted living side does not really have a nice outdoor area. It is small with little trees, but on the memory care side the outdoor area is fabulous. We also like that the community is only a couple minutes away from our house.

  • The Solana at Vintage Park is not the community that you think it is

The Solana at Vintage Park Assisted Living gives the impression of being a warm and caring environment that can provide the proper care for the elderly. Our experience was far different from this impression. Shortening a very long story, a short while after my mother and father moved into the Solana my mom exhibited some mental decline issues, which my family was addressing. The Solana was unwilling to work with us in a timely and fair fashion and offer various support care solutions for our mom. Solana's solution was to immediately ship her off to a psychiatric facility for a two week evaluation. We did not think that was in my mother's best interest and were working on alternatives. Ultimately, the Solana made the abrupt decision to evict my mother; threatening to call the sheriff if she did not leave the premises within 24 hours. Having to find another facility within 24 hours and also separating my mother from my father, who is a stroke victim and confined to a wheelchair, were far from warm and caring actions. This situation caused our family to scramble and find a new living situation that met the complex and divergent needs of both of my parents, in addition, to properly address the changing condition of my mother. This traumatic experience caused further decline for both my parents as the routine they had established in making the Solana their "home" was totally disrupted. This entire situation could have and should have been handled in a much more compassionate, non hostile, and cooperative manner by The Solana and Brookdale. Instead, The Solana jeopardized my parent's well-being and created a tremendous amount of unnecessary stress for our family. it is our hope that no one will have to experience what we experienced with our loved ones. Do not be fooled by all of the sales hype that the Solana has mastered. Ask tough and probing questions and do not assume that they will always act in your loved one's best interests

  • I was convinced by the solana vintage park community sales/marketing personnel back in [date removed] (stay with brookdale and save $) to move my dad from independent living to this assisted living community. After signing all paperwork, I went to get keys to move in and they informed me they changed their mind and decided my father was not suited for their community. Needless to say I moved on and found him another community for the last year and a half. Unfortunately, the community we moved to does not provide adequate daily activities for my father. Good luck in finding a community that really cares for the residents more than themselves.
