We provide gentle guidance and oversight while fostering dignity and encouraging independence. Our staff manages medication and assists with bathing and grooming. Three home-cooked meals are served daily in our country style dining room, and activities are offered daily to engage and stimulate residents. Each room has cable tv and internet available, as well as private bath, walk-in closet, and in room heat and air conditioning. We want our relaxed, home like surroundings to make you comfortable.

  • A compassionate, cozy personal care home

    The Veranda is a wonderful personal care home that I have had the privilege to work with on both a professional and personal basis. Compassionate, quality care is provided to all residents in a cozy home environment. The Veranda is by far my top recommended personal care home in this area. I am a visiting home health care clinician and have had the opportunity to work with several residents over the years. It has always been a very pleasant experience. More recently, I have had a family member moved to this home in order to receive the best care possible.

    Our mom spent her last two precious years at The Veranda receiving the best care. We are very thankful to the staff and owners who created a safe and warm environment for her.
