  • Our Experience During Covid

    I felt like the facility itself was very nice. I didn't get to experience any of the food or anything, but having read about how it was before Covid, it sounded similar to where my loved one was at in a different state. The rooms were decently sized, and they had different food choices for each meal. That part we were pleased with. I feel like it was a very nice place. Unfortunately we had a Covid experience there, so that kind of changed things, but I would still definitely recommend it to someone. The staff that I was able to talk to were very friendly. As far as I know everything was fine, and I didn't have any complaints, but I couldn't go in to visit. My assumption would be that the care was good. They would respond to my questions, I had no problems with that. They would call to notify me of any incidents, for instance when she fell and was taken to the hospital, where she tested positive for Covid. The lobby was very nice and clean when we moved her in. And we moved her stuff into her room the day before. Her room was all clean, and looked very nice as well. One of the staff members was very excited about decorating the room and having it all ready for her.

    Staff refuses to give corporate contact information.Executive director states he decides what complaints will be forwarded to corporate office. They claim to be open 24 hours for family members.If you try to get into the building after 830pm good luck getting in.The doorbell goes to voicemail.
