As one opens the gate into Willow Creek’s enclosed patio scented with pear trees, a spacious community comes to life.
Wide hallways and outdoor walking paths make this secured community a wanderer’s delight. Willow Creek is set on over an acre of grounds. A large outdoor aviary is a resident favorite. The gazebo is a preferred spot for family gatherings and some resident activities.
This roomy and airy community has space for 48 residents.
Willow Creek is the most recent member of The Creeks family, who pioneered Alzheimer's and dementia care. We continue The Creeks' philosophy of "living in the moment", a tradition that began in our sister community, Oak Creek, the first assisted living community exclusively for people with Alzheimer's disease and various forms of dementia in the bay area since 1991.
