    I would recommend Woodland Heights. Nothing is perfect, but I would recommend them. The weekday daytime staff is wonderful. I'm a little bit less excited about the weekend staff. I know they have less staff then, and I don't have the rapport with them that I do with the weekday staff. But that weekday shift is wonderful. Overall I feel my loved one gets good medical care. They're also good about informing us about any medical problems. It's expensive, but they provide good care.

    Recommended

    I would recommend Woodland Heights. Nothing is perfect, but I would recommend them. The weekday daytime staff is wonderful. I'm a little bit less excited about the weekend staff.     Our family was able to do a virtual tour and our experience was okay. Their system was not working as well as what they had hoped so they didn't take us around the community. They were able to show us pictures, but we decided it just wasn't the place for our loved one.

    My review of Woodland Heights (Elegance Living, LLC)

    The management is inadequate, The maintenance has not been kept up over the years. The current manager does not have much satisfaction and remote and doesn't try hard enough in my opinion. there is no advance planning in this community. I would not recommend this community to others based on my experience.
