Community Amenities and Services
As a Sagora community, we embrace the Sagora Pathways memory care program to create an environment that is soothing and enriching. We tailor care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident, all the way down to an individualized culinary program. Our caring, compassionate staff is available around the clock to provide non-medical services. Assistance with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, grooming, mobility, and transfers), medication management, and transportation services, among others are available. We offer hospice care on-site, nurses are on-call 24/7, and we coordinate routine visits with specialists in the area to meet more advanced medical needs.
We keep an exciting list of planned social activities and outings to compliment our on-site amenities. Our team does an excellent job of coordinating activities that are engaging yet soothing, each planned with residents’ personal interests and unique history in mind. Independence is encouraged and respected here as well. You’ll often find residents taking a stroll through our landscaped courtyards and manicured walking paths, enjoying a nice breeze and chatting with their friends on the patio, or participating in one of many group activities. Art and group fitness classes are frequent, and we often take planned day trips and outings within the Tulsa community. Residents enjoy chef-prepared meals that are nutritious and delicious in restaurant-style dining with the option to order room service if they prefer. Housekeeping, drycleaning, and laundry services are provided as well.
Living Arrangements
We offer private and semi-private studio floor plans, perfect for meeting your loved one’s privacy wishes or the added comfort of a living companion. Each studio is equipped with individual climate control and pull cords and pendants for assistance. The bathrooms are equipped with grab bars.
