Cordia’s facilities are designed to empower residents and support them in their quest of a meaningful life. We offer a variety of amenities that complement everyday life for residents, like our comfortable state-of-the-art common rooms, elevated programs and social calendar full of excitement, three meals in our restaurant-style dining room, and more. From visiting or living, many love our welcoming environment that continuously cultivates closeness and friendship — leaving no one behind.

Independence and care can coexist. Our professional caregivers at Cordia are diligently trained to provide compassionate aid to residents who require assistance with daily living while always respecting and promoting their continued independence. Our care is customized to each individual’s needs, with staff available 24 hours a day to support every resident whenever needed.

Living Arrangements

We offer studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. Residents never have to worry about large up-front fees, as all services and amenities are included in the monthly rate as well as weekly housekeeping and utilities. All of our units feature full kitchens or kitchenettes and many have washer/dryer hookups. We invite residents to bring their furry friends to live at Cordia as well, as we’re pet friendly!

    The staff is very kind and they do a good job to make sure everyone is involved. They encourage everyone to participate in the activities so they can get to know the other residence. I would recommend this facility to others.

  • Supportive independent living

    We chose Cordia Senior Residence because of the location and it was a month by month payment rather than a big buy in. It has been working out very well and we are very pleased. They have various room sizes to choose from, she is in a one bedroom and it is fantastic for her. The first 6 weeks she was here we ate here quite a bit and the food was great, but since COVID they are on a 5 week menu plan so it gets a little repetitive. But the great thing is they have a special for the day as well as other options if she doesn't like what is being served. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others.

    Supportive independent living

    This is a beautiful property. The units are on the small side, but well-maintained. My mom has a lovely view of the golf course that is adjacent to the property. The staff are competent, warm, and attentive. They seem truly invested in providing great support and establishing positive relationships with the residents. The residents are a very happy group, which I think says a lot about the quality of care they receive, and the overall living environment. The food is good, and nutritionally sound. There is no shortage of activities, and the activities staff is responsive to suggestions from the residents and their families.

The staff are competent, warm, and attentive. They seem truly invested in providing great support and establishing positive relationships with the residents. The residents are a very happy group, which I think says a lot about the quality of care they receive, and the overall living environment. The food is good, and nutritionally sound. There is no shortage of activities, and the activities staff is responsive to suggestions from the residents and their families.
