Community Amenities and Services

On-campus, enjoy our large elegant dining room, well-stocked library, daily continental breakfast, on-site laundry facilities, and our luscious green spaces, where residents can walk and enjoy the outdoors as they choose. We also maintain a full calendar of social events and activities for residents to participate in throughout the year.

Living Options

Prospective residents can choose from affordable one-bedroom apartments or two-bedroom apartments. Each apartment features generous closet space, a living room, full kitchen, foyer, linen room, and private bath. Residents can also choose to reserve a garage parking space. Our rental rates are based on the HUD published rent maximums, so each tenant pays based on their household’s annual gross income.

    This place is really nice and I love my apartment and I love living here. I am happy here and I have my little space. I have a deck and a balcony and I have few complaints. Living with a lot of seniors is sometimes interesting.

  • Comfortable Living!

    My mother is still adjusting to the changes and new environment. There are activities available that I hope she will try out. I recommend this community because the staff has been very helpful and accommodating.

    My tour of this community was a pleasant one. It is nice looking community from what I saw. The staff was kind and very helpful. There nice activities offered. The location was just to far for my family to travel to visit me. It is a great community with kind people.
