In the welcoming town of Covington, Kentucky lies our warm assisted senior living community, Ivy Knoll. Since 2015, we’ve established our facilities to accommodate our aging community. We understand how difficult it can be to find quality assisted living, and we’ve made it our passion to dedicate comfortable spaces, compassionate care, and essential services to prospective residents in need of accommodations to gracefully age in place.
Our city offers plenty of opportunities for leisure and fun, while also maintaining a serene atmosphere for more relaxed lifestyles. Covington, Kentucky is home to Behringer-Crawford Museum, Doe Run Lake Park, Garden of Hope, and an array of unique sites found only in Covington. Residents and their families will always find something to do in our quaint town.
Our Community

We currently have private units as well as companion suites—perfect for residents who prefer to have a roommate. Our private units are spacious and equipped with a full-sized kitchen. We have short-term, respite, and long-term stay options available, so prospective residents can choose which type of plan works best for them.
