Established in 1886, the Covington Ladies Home is a 'personal care home' where elderly woman can live in an atmosphere of quiet dignity and individual respect, security and care. Located in a grand Victorian Mansion in the prestigious Licking River Historic District, the Home provides private rooms, 24 hour on-site nursing staff, affordable rates, respite care and accepts State Assistance if qualified. Our mission 'is to assist with basic care needs in a manner that respects the individual's dignity, maximizes independent functioning and encourages continued social contacts.'
Licensed as a personal care facility, we are a step beyond assisted living, offering more care, but not yet a nursing home.
