The community offers fitness programs, spiritual and worship services, arts and craft classes, and more. Independent living lifestyle services include one meal per day that residents can choose, twice-monthly housekeeping, transportation, and around-the-clock security.

For specialized or advanced care, the skilled nursing area provides 24-hour care to residents with exceptional nurses and certified nursing assistants. Residents recovering from planned surgeries or unforeseen accidents can benefit from the rehabilitation services.

The care team also includes on-site registered physicians, nurses, social workers, and dietitians that work with rehabilitation physicians to provide needed therapy. They also offer a variety of diagnostic and therapy services, including restorative and joint replacement therapy. On-site dialysis, antibiotics, and pain management services are also provided.

  • My review of Oak Trace

We chose Oak Trace becuase they have a locked in rate structure moving from independent to dependent living. The room sizes are awesome, they have a lot of variability and they are building a new tower right now. The overall quality of the facility is really nice, it is centrally located, and the people have been nice, warm, and welcoming. I would recommend to others looking.

  • Overall a Good Place - Would Recommend Them

They're short of help, all the way around. That's the main challenge. Sometimes it's hard to find a nurse on the nursing floor. But I really like the assisted living building. They're very good with their activities and keeping their people up to date on things. I had one relative move to the wellness center from assisted living, and I would not do that if you can avoid it. They don't have the activities, and they're kind of isolated in wellness.

  • Very Happy with my move to Oak Trace!

My name is [name removed] and I have lived here at Oak Trace for almost a year now. After a very easy move into the building thanks to the services that Oak Trace provided, I quickly felt at home. They take fabulous care of us. I love my apartment and the layout is perfect for my needs. The unit cleaning that is completed is very helpful & thorough. The food is fantastic and is very convenient. I especially like that the menu changes on a daily basis and there are a variety of delicious choices always provided. In addition to the food, they have a variety of classes and group activities here at Oak Trace, as well as a bus that is available to take us around town to a variety of outside activities such as movies, plays, grocery shopping, and other recreational activities. There are also multiple exercise options which were very important to me when considering my move. There are programs on TV, in person group classes, as well as a fitness room for our convenience. With the Coronavirus, many of these options have been changed, but the staff here at Oak Trace have taken fabulous care of us during this time, there are temperature checks, extra cleaning, increased social distancing, and TV alerts instilled to keep us safe. I have felt very safe here, and have been more than happy with my move.
