Here, you’ll find cozy bedrooms, luxurious bathrooms, and inviting common rooms with vaulted ceilings, ample natural lighting, and comfy lounge seating where your loved one can chat with their fellow residents around the fireplace and create long-lasting friendships.

Community Amenities and Services

With us, your loved one will always have access to the care they need, as services are available 24 hours a day. Our professional staff, including our two on-site registered nurses, can provide a wide range of services, including medication management, incontinence care, and assistance with other activities of daily living. Housekeeping and laundry services are also taken care of, so your loved one can enjoy their home to the fullest.

We like keeping our social calendar full with lots of daily activities like crafting, tabletop showdowns, gardening, cooking sessions with residents’ favorite recipes, and movie nights. After a nutritious meal, your loved one can unwind with tranquil music therapy by our grand piano, or kick their feet up in our inviting living room.

Living Arrangements

Our eight-bed facility offers homey bedrooms that can come equipped with luxurious, brown-marbled private bathrooms and walk-in closets.

Care Types Offered

Sparks Assisted Living is a Type B assisted living facility. In the state of Texas, these terms are defined as follows:

Assisted Living Facility

A facility that provides personal care services and administration of medication to 4 or more residents. Assisted living facilities can accept residents with dementia and/or Alzheimer’s. There are 3 types of assisted living facilities:

Type A:
A facility that may provide room and board to residents who are physically and mentally capable of evacuating the facility unassisted.

Type B:
A facility that may provide room and board to residents who need assistance evacuating, are incapable of following directions under emergency conditions, require staff attendance during nighttime sleeping hours, and require assistance transferring to and from a wheelchair.

Type C (Adult Foster Care):
Four-bed facilities that meet the minimum standards and rules for enrollment in the Department of Aging and Disability Services’ Adult Foster Care home program. The facility provides supervision and personal care services to residents.
