The Glenn Hopkins, formerly St. Therese Southwest, has been providing exceptional service to the senior community for over 30 years, since 1988. Our caring staff have a combined experience level of over 50 years in the senior care service industry, and many of our staff have extensive backgrounds working in skilled nursing communities, transitional care units, in-home care, adult day services, and hospital settings.
The Glenn Hopkins provides a continuum of care — from independent living, assisted living, memory care, and adult day programming — all to meet the ever-changing needs of the seniors who thrive in our community. Our community sits on 14 acres of green space with a protected water feature, Willow Pond, a walking path, resident gardens, and abundant outdoor sitting areas including a beautiful, spacious patio overlooking it all.
Community Amenities and Services
The Glenn Hopkins offers two chapels onsite for regular celebration of mass, interfaith services, or private, quiet meditation. Our full-time pastoral care team attends to the spiritual needs of the individuals of our community, always working to compliment the care and community life programs at our site.
As our community members' needs change, our full-time social worker is available to guide and support families through their hospital stays, care and service planning, exploring financial options, and insurance navigation. Our Live 2B Healthy exercise program focuses on balance, strength and flexibility to promote overall and continued physical fitness and wellness. Our common areas include a library, theatre room, guest suites, and barber and beauty salon. We always aim to provide convenient on-site services all in the comfort of our community.

We offer a gorgeous studio, as well as one and two bedroom apartments. With amenities like full kitchens and kitchenettes, patios and balconies, wheelchair accessible showers, and breathtaking views of the acreage around us, you’ll find plenty of comfort here.
