    The openness and cleanliness of the Waters really stood out to us, and on our initial tour the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The apartments are very nice, spacious and almost sound proof.

    Our family had an in person tour, our loved one really enjoyed the aesthetic's, it is very beautiful. The entrance is decorated very contemporary, it is very welcoming and new. The apartments were very well decorated and very spacious, but the rent was twice the amount of another community we were looking into. We have heard from our residents that they do enjoy living there, but it is more expensive.

The apartments were very well decorated and very spacious, but the rent was twice the amount of another community we were looking into. We have heard from our residents that they do enjoy living there, but it is more expensive.

    The staff members there are so very friendly and very respectful, and the meals the serve the residents are amazing. We do think the value for cost is excellent and we would recommend the Waters community to others.
