Our Alzheimer's and dementia care, called the Clare Bridge program, is deeply rooted in a person-centered approach. Each resident is surrounded by others with the same cognitive abilities, to give them the secure feeling of fitting in. Clare Bridge focuses on sustaining feelings of belonging, purpose and safety while seeking to preserve a sense of self.
