Freeport Place offers personalized assisted living services to 30 residents in a warm, home-like setting. It is located in a beautiful country setting on Old County Road in Freeport, right next to the Freeport Country Club Golf Course. Located close to Ll.Bean and downtown Freeport, just minutes off the highway, and a short drive from the greater Portland or Bruswick areas.
Our team works with you and your family to develop individualized goals and treatment programs appropriate to your care needs. Staff will develop a care plan that combines clinical care, rehabilitation as indicated, monitor progress and measured outcomes. Our goal is to help each resident to attain the most wellness and independence as possible.
