The Auberge is one of the top-rated communities of its kind in the area and we're committed to all of the people who call it home. Our team takes the time to relate to each of our residents as individuals in order to customize our care. The grounds at The Auberge are designed to stimulate our residents both spiritually and mentally, from the stunning artwork throughout the interior and the beautiful terrain and flora surrounding our premises.

Our Community

When you arrive at The Auberge you will likely notice the friendly staff, our comfortable residents, and the positive energy around our atrium. The Auberge has an outside patio and garden for you or your loved ones to gather in and enjoy the weather while remaining safely within the premises. There's an enclosed garden so you can enjoy the outdoors while being shielded from any harsh elements. Indoors you'll find walkways, a media room, and an indoor common space for socializing with your neighbors. There are numerous spaces available to read or watch a game or your favorite TV program. We employ Spanish-speaking staff members so we are able to communicate with residents of varying linguistic backgrounds.

Living Arrangements

Our secured property offers shared and semi-private apartments at ground level. The rooms are designed to accommodate wheelchair access and are climate-controlled for the safety and comfort of our residents. Pets are allowed in private quarters, as well.

On-Site Activities

We center our community activities with the emotional and cognitive health of our residents in mind. Staff are trained on the PersonalTouch technique that guides all of their care decisions. We align and develop activities, events, and adventures to provide our residents with a purpose-filled day. With participation in captivating activities that meet each resident's individual abilities and needs, residents benefit from improved self-esteem and satisfaction. The Auberge hosts events like pet visits, musical events, picnics, spiritual growth opportunities, and specialized therapy support groups for those suffering from memory loss.

Dining

We understand how important it is to offer a variety of meals that are nutritionally balanced and taste great as well. Our chef serves fares in our dining hall that can accommodate dietary restrictions, such as vegetarian or kosher needs. Featured daily specials are offered, along with an everyday menu€ for frequent signature items, your choice of refreshing beverages, and of course, a dessert option to satisfy your sweet tooth. Homemade soups, magnificent salads, fresh catch, and winemaker dinners are a few of our treasures that we look forward to sharing. We offer private dining areas as well if you would like to celebrate a special occasion or dine privately with loved ones.

Personal Services

We provide housekeeping, laundry, and dry cleaning services so you can rest assured that clothing and bedding is always fresh and clean. The Auberge has a full-service salon which staffs a beautician and barber to care for our residents. We arrange accommodations for personal grooming needs and for offsite shopping trips, and The Auberge has 24-hour staffing available to tend to any of our residents' needs.

Religious Services

The surrounding neighborhood has many options for religious services, so residents can have a number of choices to practice or worship in the comfort of their preferred congregation.

Medical Care

Our staff is awake and available 24 hours a day to assist you or your loved one with any time-sensitive needs that may arise. Staff can engage in monitoring residents' blood sugar to tailor daily pill dosages. We understand that residents struggling with dementia have a tendency to wander so our facility is always safe and secured.

Visiting Care

Regular visits are made from a number of medical professionals - we have a visiting nurse who checks in on the health statuses of our residents and handles adjustments in medication, provides continued consultation, and responds to any urgent medical needs that arise. We also recruit first-class visiting dentists to oversee our residents' dental and oral health.

  • Peace of mind

If you have a person who need memory care, it is a very good place. They have daily activities all day long to keep the residents engaged. The caregivers are all very nice. We chose this community because it seemed more like a normal household in the way it is set up , and there are a lot of living spaces. They have in house dogs and birds which she loves and it makes the environment feel more normal. I would recommend this community for memory care.

  • Loving Staff

My husband has been in residence for one year and I have been there almost every night to sit with him and put him to bed. For the last 11 weeks I have not been able to be with him and at first I thought know one could take my place. I do Skype him twice a day and he is very happy. I watch the back images and I see the wonderful staff showing love to the men and women in their care. They have done things they have never done before, like cutting hair, and I must say doing a very good job. The live music is still a big part and is happening due to technology. This is a loving place and also a happy place. They do not sit around all day but are active and having fun. They are safe due to the caring staff. We are kept up every night with the activities and are kept informed of their health situation. Thank you to all the loving staff.

  • The only facility you need to look at

I cannot put into words just how fantastic Silverado of Scottsdale is. I had to move my mother into a memory care facility near where I lived. I checked out many facilities, even doing unannounced drop ins to see the level of care. Silverado came out on top. It’s important for the staff to speak fluent English due to the hearing loss of the residence. No other facility I checked even came close. Everyone spoke fluent English. Every day is packed with activities to keep the mind going, especially music. I was worried about the shared room, however; it worked out perfectly. My mom was never alone. There was a staff member always available for any needs, even unrequested. Several times I was taking my mother to the bathroom and a staff member would stop what he or she was doing and said “I’ll take care of it”. Bringing my mother back in after an outing the front desk would call the nurse and before I even got around the corner they were there with her medication. After my mother passed I kept going back to visit all the friends I made there. Unfortunately I recently moved out of the valley. I miss all my friends. They’re not the cheapest, but if you want top-notch care Silverado is the only place to look at. [Name removed], son of [Name removed]
