Living Arrangements

At Town Village Sterling Heights, we offer a variety of spacious, wheelchair-accessible floor plans for you to choose from. Our independent living setting offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments equipped with a full kitchen for your convenience.

The Gem Memory Care offers large, spacious studio apartments with private bathrooms. You’ll always have a nice, quiet place to unwind at the end of the day. Feel free to add some personal items of your own or even bring your pet along with you to really make the new space feel just like home.

Care Types Offered

Town Village Sterling Heights is a home for the aged, which in the state of Michigan is a supervised personal care facility that provides room, board, and supervised personal care to 21 or more residents that are 55 years or older. A home for the aged may provide care to 20 or less residents if it is operated in conjunction with a licensed nursing home.
